Today's Weight:                      204.0 lbs.

Oh, well, the weekend took a toll. Now I'm sick, and my eating is less easy to control.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:15pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and spinach, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing with a little sriracha).
Lunch
9:15pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
11:20pm: Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, homemade mayonnaise, celery) on buttered Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain toast with a salad (chard, kale, spinach, red cabbage, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 82+ oz.;
