Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and romaine, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing with a little sriracha). Not shown: A cup of beef bone broth.
Snack
A Quest bar.

Dinner
At Moondog's Lounge: Chicken and broccoli alfredo.

Snack
A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz. A couple of shots of Hillrock Bourbon - so fine!
