Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                   204.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/15):           199.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    + 5.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
This weekend was a "diet disaster" so it's lucky I'm not on a diet. All Saturday spent at a wedding means lots of wine, lots of carbs, including a crazy amount of sweets. Then Sunday, I ate a 26 ounce bag of mixed nuts and dark chocolate. That accounted for my total food consumption, but it was a lot. Uh-oh! I'm not sure this is fixable before I leave for New Orleans, where it is going to get much worse. I'm going to have work to do when I get back, that's for sure.

Dinner
Dubliner cheese omelet with sautéed kale, spinach, chard, peppers and onions and roast beef. Cottage cheese.

Snack
A Quest bar.
