I towed the line yesterday - almost. I did have to make sure that a certain almond croissant would not be a temptation in the future... But the accumulated result of five days of off-plan eating have shown themselves.Diet Comment

Lunch
A Quest bar.
A big chopped salad with kale, spinach, chard, cabbage, sriracha chicken breast, london broil, cheese and home-made mayonnaise.
Snack
Celery with cottage cheese, hummus, and a Quest bar with almond butter.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 2; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 64+ oz. and a shot of Jameson's Black Cask reserve.
