Diet Comment
This is a bit of surprise, given yesterday's candied second half with a whiskey and candy finish, I thought the weight would pile on. Glad to be wrong.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cheese and bacon. Not shown: Toasted Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with butter.
Dinner
Sliced London broil and Dubliner cheese with Philippe's hot mustard and kimchee.

Snack
Celery with hummus and cottage cheese, and a Quest bar with almond butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz. and a shot of Jameson's Black Cask Irish whiskey
