Diet Comment
This is the last entry for a week, I'm publishing this from down in NOLA. Glad I'm not starting at yesterday's weight. I'm going to make a prediction about my next weigh-in (which will occur on Wednesday, April 28). I predict on that weigh-in I will weigh 209 pounds.

Dinner
Dubliner cheese omelet with sautéed kale, spinach, chard, peppers and onions and roast beef. Cottage cheese.
