Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                   202.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (4/1):            200.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                   +  1.8 lbs.

Diet Comment
Last Friday (April Fool's Day) was my last weigh-in. Saturday I went to NYC, and embarked on four days of off-plan eating, including fabulous desserts, and one pasta-based meal that I will remember for a long time. In fact, Tuesday, all I had to eat were some savory breakfast rolls, a chocolate babka and an almond croissant (with some almond butter on the side).


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
At Core Grains, Greens and Broth:
Chicken broth bowl: with kale, baby spinach, grilled chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, black beans, ginger.
Snack
An almond croissant from Bread's Bakery.

Dinner
Green protein shake with almond-coconut milk, kefir, extra-large organic egg, chia gel, kale, whey powder (36g protein), almond butter, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, and stevia-inulin blend.

Snack
Sriracha chicken and cole slaw.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  24 oz.;  Water: 52+ oz.  and a Jameson's Irish whiskey
