Lunch
At Core Grains, Greens and Broth:
This picture of a Chicken Cobb salad isn't what I had today. Instead, what I had was a Spicy Ginger beef salad(shredded kale and mesclun mix, grilled steak, bacon, black beans, walnuts, roquefort cheese, tomatoes and spicy miso dressing). Because the pic I took didn't come out at all.
Snack
A Quest bar. And a quart of butter pecan gelato. Why? Don't ask.

Dinner
Assorted dark chocolates. What is happening? I'm visiting friends.



Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  18 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.  And about 3 shots-worth of Jameson's Black Barrel Irish whiskey.
