Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                   199.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/25):           199.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                   -  0.4 lbs.

Diet Comment
The weekend started poorly, my high-candy content Friday setting the stage for a Saturday weight gain. On Saturday, I ate moderately, and on-plan. On Sunday, I ate lightly, and it shows with today's result.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Green protein shake with almond-coconut milk, kefir, extra-large organic egg, chia gel, kale, whey powder (36g protein), almond butter, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, and stevia-inulin blend.

Dinner
Roasted turkey breast chopped salad: shaved Parmesan cheese, baby kale, baby spinach, chard, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette. And a Quest bar for dessert.
Snack
Sriracha chicken breast with a chunk of Dubliner cheese and kimchee.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  30 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.
