I'm going to take a break from the Daily Comment for now - it will return when I have something to say. Meanwhile, still tracking my food.

Diet Comment
I don't know what's up - I would have thunk that yesterday's eating would cause a drop in weight. I suspect the late-night bag of pork rinds, because salt.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Red beans and quinoa in Cajun sauce with a salad of kale mix, cole slaw mix, parmesan cheese and creamy balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Sliced London broil with Philippe's hot mustard; Sriracha chicken breast and a Quest bar.

Snack
Cottage cheese and hummus.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 88+ oz.
