Lunch
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, cheese and bacon.
Snack
A Quest bar, and half a bag of Brookside dark chocolate-covered Crunchy berry bits. Oh, my God, this stuff is the devil, and I can't stop.

Dinner
Sliced London broil and cottage cheese.

Snack
The other half of the bag of Brookside dark chocolate-covered Crunchy fruit bits. Kids, don't drink and smoke drugs.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  30 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz. and a couple of beers.
