Diet Comment
A high-sodium, high-calorie late-at-night snack takes the blame for the little bump up in weight, well within normal day-to-day variation.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cheese and bacon.
Dinner
London broil with Philipe's hot mustard, kimchee and a Quest bar.

Snack
Celery with cottage cheese, celery with hummus, almond butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  24 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.
