Daily Comment

It didn't feel like Monday. Maybe because it was such a weird day.
I had nothing to do.

I woke up around 7am. I had gone to bed at about 4am, after falling asleep in front of the tv sometime after 1am.

After going to the bathroom and weighing myself, I checked for important email, incoming messages and Facebook activity (in the living room), and have a smoke - wake and bake!.

Nothing pressing in Computerland, so I went back to bed and slept until 4pm.

Now there were things to do. First of all, I was hungry, so I had to make breakfast, aka lunch. Then update my portfolios with the day's closing prices. Check to see if recent purchases charged (I charge everything) had cleared.

Then start today's blog, putting in my weight, updating the spreadsheet, and copying in the day's revised weight chart.

Finally, a visit with a friend, more smoking.

Then back home for some snacking and TV. Fall asleep in front of the TV.

Restart the deviant circadian pattern. It's a new rhythm in my life
