Daily Comment
From an 'alertness' standpoint, today is certainly better than yesterday was.

What do you think about the new blog location/design. I like the things that have changed better, in every case, but that's just me. I think it looks the new looks much better than the old, especially in widescreen. Check that out.

Otherwise, there's nothing much new going on. I've used my musical downtime to explore other options, like taking care of some things I was letting slide (changing the blog, for instance) and basically taking care of little details I'd been ignoring.

But there isn't much going on, and nothing really new to talk about. Today, at least.

However, living life in details is boring, and, for me, unsatisfying. I like the broad strokes, as they say. Of course, that makes me seem black and white to some people - as though, to use a Texas Hold 'em analogy, my only two options are All-in or Fold. No Calls or bluffs, no in-between for me.

It seems like that, but that is only the manner in which I externalize things. It conceals any subtleties or distinctions in the way I organize things internally.

The fact is, when I have explained my reasons for a given decision, in the past and recently, not only have there been many qualifications taken into account in that decision, but my logic has included the possibility that I am both wholly or partially wrong, or don't have correct or complete data.


Or just completely full of shit.

The day was going very well, until it got late and for some reason I needed a cheat.

Food Log
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, whey protein (36g protein), kale, chia gel, cocoa, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Spring Mix with Cole Slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette, and chicken burgers with salsa.

Dinner
Pepperoni and hard-boiled eggs with cole slaw and celery with home-made mayonnaise.

Snack
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grains cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  24 oz,  Water:  136+ oz.
