Daily Comment
This was a 'lost' day. I did little that I planned, and little of anything - just some makework relating to a demo cd for my band i am Fool.

I will just accept that that is what I needed.

 Food and Diet Section

First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:       204.0 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:   208.2 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:    - 4.2 lbs

Diet Comment
After last night's (this morning's) break-fast meal, I didn't eat again for over twelve hours. Then I ate big. We'll see tomorrow what effect this erratic feeding pattern has.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Dal Tadka (lentil curry) with spinach, scrambled eggs and hemp seeds.

Dinner
A salad of Spring Mix greens and red cabbage with home-made mayonnaise, and a cocoa-kale protein smoothie (almond milk, chia gel, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cocoa, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend, and kale).

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz,  Water:  54+ oz

  3. Had my quarterly visit with my cardiologist today (tuesday) everything is great. Joan, I told him about the eye exercises that you recommended, and that I've put into practice. He was very enthusiastic, and sang high praises of you.
