Losing more than half of my weight gain from cheat day feels like a major accomplishment. All right, it isn't actually very meaningful; in fact, just the 'good' side of meaningless. But you take your wins where you find them.
Food Log
BreakfastCocoa-hemp-kale protein shake: Almond milk, hemp seeds, chia gel, cocoa powder, stevia-inulin blend, cinnamon, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), kale.
Lunch
Spring Mix and cole slaw mix with balsamic vinaigrette and chicken burgers with salsa. |
Dinner
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 20 oz, Water: 128+ oz.
