Diet Comment
Yesterday I ate my meals in restaurants, including one that, even for me, was gigantic. I think I ate mostly on-plan, (except for an Irish coffee at the Wailers show) but the sheer quantity of food, and the fact that its preparation could and probably did include off-plan items like starches and sugar (however little of either) negated any benefit of careful choice from the two buffets.Spending all day sleeping allowed me to easily do the full twenty-four hours of fasting, Then I made an on-plan meal, and a late on-plan snack.
