Today was all about catch-up. Catching up at work, catching up with sleep, and just thankful that I have another day to do it, and trusting that there'll be another tomorrow.

Diet Comment
Better than nothing, and I'm not concerned.


Food Log
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale protein smoothie (almond milk, chia gel, vanilla whey powder (36g protein), cocoa, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend, and kale).

Lunch
Salmon and red bean salad on baby spinach.

Dinner
Turkey burger with salsa and guacamole. Not shown: Baby spinach with red beans and balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Hard-boiled eggs and guacamole.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  30 oz,  Water:  90+ oz
