Diet Comment
I end the month about a quarter-pound heavier than when it began. No big deal. My average weight this month was the highest of the year, though, by a half pound. Also, in the scheme of things, no big deal.

10:10pm: Chicken burger, salmon burger, Dubliner cheese and walnuts, celery and peanut butter and a Quest bar.
