Diet Comment
Not really much of a loss, but anything in that direction is good - I'll take it.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:30pm: Cheese'n'greens frittata (eggs, mixed greens, mushrooms, onions, peppers, shredded cheese) and dry Flax sprouted grains toast.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
9:40pm, at Shifty's: Seafood combo (breaded, fried shrimps, scallops, clams and potato salad. A bit of dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
