Diet Comment
This is a surprise, not at all what I was expecting. I'm the heaviest I've been all year. The good thing is that it is still a pretty comfortable weight, and is actually more than five pounds less than my heaviest weight in any year I've tracked up until now. Still, that's five pounds I need to drop.
Lunch
4:15pm: Greens and cheese omelet (3 large eggs, shredded Italian cheese blend, kale, spinach, mushrooms and onions) and a serving of oatmeal.
Dinner
8:10pm: Chicken burger and brussels sprouts with olive oil and walnuts, and a Quest bar.
