3:20pm: Garden cheese omelet (3 eggs, Italian cheese mix, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, pepper, fresh salsa) and broiled brussels sprouts with olive oil and 'Everything But the Bagel' seasoning.

8:10pm: Salmon salad (salmon, homemade mayonnaise, walnuts, arugula, spinach, kale, chard) and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
