Same weight, a little higher than I'd like it, but really, in the grand scheme of things, no big deal.

1:25pm: Vegetarian sloppy joe (Quorn Grounds, Rao's Basil and Peppers Sauce, chopped kale and spinach, apple cider vinegar) with oatmeal, chia and hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, and scrambled eggs.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:15pm: Air-popped popcorn (with olive oil, 'Everything' seasoning and nutritional yeast), salmon burger with peach salsa, air-fried root vegetables (with olive oil and 'Everything' seasoning), and a Quest bar.
