I am Fool rehearsed tonight. It was a good session.
That's really all I want to say about it, except to note that I wasn't the only one present who felt that way, as leader-of-the-band J. sent a message exclaiming the rehearsal felt great to him, as well.
The band has been beset by obstacles for the last few years, and this was possibly the first time, in that long a time, that we all felt we'd generated the old magic. Boy, did I feel renewed by the session.
Afterwards, I went to an open mic and had a good outing there, as well.
I'm grateful for band mates and my band and all our - my - music.

1:00pm: Ultimate oatmeal (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, oat milk, Greek yogurt, kefir, whey protein, brewer's yeast, walnuts, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries).

10:00pm, at Shifty's: Fried scallops and potato salad.
Dinner
12:20am: Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds, kale, spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce) with feta cheese and carrots with homemade mayonnaise.
Liquid Intake
