Breakfast
1:10pm: Mushrooms, onions, peppers and cheese omelet, made with eggs, parmesan cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, nutritional yeast and avocado toast with Flax sprouted grain bread.
Lunch
5:45pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sriracha Ginger Tofu and Quinoa Bowl (roasted tofu, shredded kale, carrots, shredded beets, spicy broccoli, ginger, sriracha. Carrot chili vinaigrette) and a Quest bar. Later, some popcorn at Penny's Jazz open mic.
