It's no surprise that I gained a little weight over the weekend, even though I continue feeling a little sick.

Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
6:15pm: Chopped chef's salad: Chicken, shaved parmesan, walnuts, chick peas, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, beets and yogurt bleu cheese dressing. 

Dinner
11:45pm: Carrots with homemade mayonnaise, peanut butter and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 78+ oz.;
