I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
199.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/7/21):          198.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.6 lbs.

Diet Comment
This is like my week, so far: Up and down, down and, like today's weight, up. Just noise, just noise.

Food Log
Breakfast
12:05pm: Ultimate oatmeal: oats, oat milk, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, walnuts.

Lunch
4:15pm: Air-popped popcorn with olive oil and everything-but-the-bagel seasoning, carrots and homemade mayonnaise, Peruvian 68% dark chocolate, and a Quest bar. 

Dinner
12:10am: Roasted turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese, guacamole and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread, and coleslaw.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;  Two shots of Jameson's Irish whiskey
