Breakfast
1:05pm: Cheddar cheese omelet with mushrooms, peppers and onions. Avocado toast with Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
8:10pm: Semi-veggie Sloppy Joe's (Quorn grounds, kale, spinach and Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce - which has a little sausage in it, hence, semi-veggie) on riced cauliflower and nutritional yeast. Then, 68% Peruvian dark chocolate and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
