Daily Comment
I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
198.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (1/11/21):         197.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.9 lbs.

Diet Comment
I don't know if my weight is the same as yesterday's, actually. It is not scale weight, I could not weigh myself on an empty stomach, which is what I do, normally,  weighing myself right before I eat breakfast. My procedure was scheduled too early in the morning for me to weigh myself, and then immediately after i was given cookies to eat and water and coffee to drink.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:15pm: Super oatmeal (steel-cut oats, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, oat milk, kefir, whey protein). Walnuts and Greek yogurt.

Lunch
7:15pm: Macadamia nuts and parmesan crisps. 

Dinner
9:20pm: Vegetarian sloppy joe (Quorn Grounds, Wegman's 'Grandpa's Sauce', kale, spinach) on edamame and mung bean fettuccini, with shaved parmesan, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
