Spinach and kale omelet(eggs, spinach, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers, parmesan cheese) with turkey bacon. |
9:00pm: Keto Deluxe nut mix (almonds, macadamia nuts, pepitas, walnuts and cheese puffs).
Dinner
10:30pm: Brussels sprouts with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and parmesan crisps. Sweetened whipped cottage cheese with wild blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and walnuts.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
