I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    
201.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (1/5/21):          203.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                      -1.5 lbs.

Diet Comment
I feel very good about this loss. I want to try, this year, to beat last year's weight average (203.8). So far, so good.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:00pm:
Spinach and kale omelet(eggs, spinach, kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers, parmesan cheese) with turkey bacon.
Lunch

9:00pm: Keto Deluxe nut mix (almonds, macadamia nuts, pepitas, walnuts and cheese puffs). 

Dinner
10:30pm: Brussels sprouts with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and parmesan crisps. Sweetened whipped cottage cheese with wild blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and walnuts.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
