#2581, Friday, January 8, '21: Week one

Daily Comment
I don't know if this week is going to be typical of the year. I kind of hope not, I am hoping things open up, and I can resume my social life.

I did get to spend a little time in the physical proximity of some friends this week. I hope as things progress, that expands and increases exponentially.

I got some good news on 
the band front, as well. It looks like we'll be making some videos and putting out a CD early in the year, so that's something - a big thing to me.

Yesterday I got a COVID test (just came back negative) to prepare for getting a LOOP ECG monitor implant on Tuesday. I actually don't expect that to materially impact my life - my hope is that the two medications I started taking while waiting for this procedure can be discontinued. 

I hope i move more as the year progresses. I had a good start until they canceled cardiac rehab and i let things slide.

I hope this is the year i get it together and unload my huge quantity of possessions, 90% of which I have in case I need them in the future (and haven't needed any in years).

I'm grateful for all that I have, I don't take my good fortune for granted
.

Breakfast
3:50pm:
Edamame and mung bean fettuccini with spinach, kale, onions, peppers, mushrooms, eggs, and parmesan cheese.
Lunch

Skipped. 

Dinner
10:40pm: Vegetarian sloppy Joe (Quorn grounds, spinach, kale, Wegman's Grandpa's sauce and apple cider vinegar). A Quest bar and peanut butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
