Diet Comment
I am happy to have lost nine-tenths of a pound since Monday. I'm going to make an effort to keep the weekend's eating not-too out of control. We'll see. Que será, será.
Food Log
Breakfast
6:15pm: A chopped salad: Spring Mix, spinach, cabbage, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, roasted turkey breast, creamy balsamic.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:45am, at Denny's: Bacon, avocado and cheese burger with bacon-cheese tater tots and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.;
