Diet Comment
Three days in a row at the same (near-goal desirable) weight is great. 
Food Log
Breakfast
5:00pm: Bacon and eggs and a big chopped salad (cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.

Lunch
8:30pm: Home-made egg rolls, General Tsao's chicken.

Dinner
12:15am: Hummus and Red, Hot and Blues corn chips.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.;
