Breakfast
1:45pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions).
Lunch
5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sriracha Ginger Roasted Tofu (Baby spinach, shredded kale, roasted organic tofu, broccoli, carrots, ginger, sprouts, basil, sriracha, carrot chili vinaigrette).
Snack
9:10pm: Pepperoni and a Quest bar.
Dinner
12:45am: Pork rinds and guacamole.
Liquid Intake
1:45pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions).
Lunch
5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sriracha Ginger Roasted Tofu (Baby spinach, shredded kale, roasted organic tofu, broccoli, carrots, ginger, sprouts, basil, sriracha, carrot chili vinaigrette).
Snack
