Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      203.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/7/18):            200.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 2.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
First, the headline news is that I put on a kilo of weight over the weekend. I'm fine with that, I know the special circumstances (hosting an all-day festival Saturday, and 'celebrating' after, for instance) and I'm fine with that because I know the weight will start coming off immediately when I get back to eating on-plan, beginning with a 20-hour mini-fast today.

Next, I figured out a problem that only I noticed (most likely since I'm the only person who looks), which is that my September weight hadn't been showing up on my chart. I figured out why on Sunday, so today we have the fixed chart, and it shows a flattening of the major trend and that, even with today's uptick, I am still under that major trend-line.

Food Log
Breakfast
6:30pm: A Quest bar.

Lunch
10:05pm: Italian bread with spicy tomato dipping sauce.

Dinner
12:45am: Brussel sprouts with olive oil, cracked black pepper and shaved parmesan cheese, and a Quest bar with cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Black Cask Irish whiskey
