Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      202.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (9/11/18):           202.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
These little losses add up. I need them to keep adding up over the next two weeks, because after that I'm going to LA, where I won't be tracking my weight and will probably eat almost every meal at a restaurant, which means weight gain coming!
Food Log
Breakfast
6:15pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions) and brussel sprouts.

Lunch
9:10pm, Unknown Chinese takeout: Stir-fried vegetables (baby corn, carrots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, peppers, onions, bok choy, broccoli, snow peas, celery).

Dinner
12:45am: Pepperoni and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.; 2 shots of Jameson's Irish whiskey (one was Black Cask).
