6:15pm: A LEO (lox, eggs and onions) and brussel sprouts.

Skipped.

Dinner
11:45pm: Carrots with homemade mayonnaise and a Quest bar.

   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
