Previous Weight (9/4/18):            203.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 2.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
This weight loss is probably actually a few good on-plan days kicking in, not just yesterday. But yesterday was good.
Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
7:30pm: Bacon and eggs, and a salad (cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan, walnuts and creamy balsamic dressing.

Dinner
12:45pm: Carrots with mayonnaise and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;  a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
