This is, for me, a best-case scenario: Maintaining my weight at an acceptable level. I feel good!

Breakfast
7:30pm: Sautéed salmon, with steamed brussel sprouts and lentil curry sauce.

Lunch
9:45pm: Walnuts and Dubliner cheese and a Quest bar.

Dinner
12:45am: Carrots with mayonnaise and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
