     Diet Comment 
I lost a half pound, and I'm celebrating that.

 Food Log 
Breakfast 
6:15pm: Salmon and broccoli curry, with lentils and chia and hemp seeds.

Lunch
9:30pm: Almond butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
12:05am: Walnuts and Dubliner cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 94+ oz.;
