Oh, well. At least, another weekend is here, and I have a chance to still do better! I might, too.

 Food Log 
Breakfast 
6:25pm:
Veggie Casserole (Quorn, broccoli, cauliflower, quinoa, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce) topped with shaved parmesan. That's it for that casserole (until I make it again, maybe in about a week, and maybe with lentils added). Not shown: A Quest bar for dessert.
Lunch
9:00pm: Almond butter and a Quest bar.

Dinner
12:45am: Two eggs, scrambled, on buttered Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
