I may have to reintroduce the weekly cheat day. Yesterday, I had one of those, and oh, man! Sunday, between three and six PM, I ate a little pasta, a slice of ham, some cornbread, a brownie and a plate of cookies. That finished my eating for the day - it's been quite a while since I haven't eaten after six. And the results were very positive. Hmmmm.

5:40pm: Hamburger with salsa and quinoa pilaf with peppers, onions and herbs, and a salad of kale, spinach, chard, cabbage, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, chia seeds, hemp seeds and balsamic vinaigrette.
