Diet Comment
This isn't really a loss - two-tenths of a pound could mean anything. But it's pretty good that it isn't a gain.

Breakfast
3:45pm:  A Quest bar.

Lunch
6:15pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Broccoli-cheddar soup with chicken: Vegetable broth, chopped fresh broccoli, Vermont white cheddar, cauliflower puree, carrots, celery, scallions and grilled chicken.
Dinner 
1:45am:  London broil sandwich (on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with Philippe's hot mustard), with a large salad (kale, spinach, chard, cabbage, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette), and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 76+ oz. and 2 shots of Jameson's Irish whiskey
