Thursday, September 4 Un-ringing the bell

Sometimes, I don't like things I remember saying or writing.

What's done is done, past-tripping, living in the past, doesn't help anything.

The best thing I can do, then, is to write about the things I got wrong as I now see them, and point out what changed my mind.

Like I did about moving overseas when I retired.

It's more difficult when there's no record of being wrong except in someone else's memory - like when you tell someone something wrong, based on your belief at that time. If your opinion or belief changes, due to new information, it's hard to go back.

The bell can't be un-rung.

Two days in, and I'm almost back to pre-weekend weight. It's happening.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A cocoa-hemp-kale protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kefir, kale, large organic egg, whey powder (24g protein), hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, chia gel, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend

Lunch
Salmon salad (Wild Alaska pink salmon, celery, mayonnaise) on baby kale, baby spinach, chard, black beans and cole slaw mix.
Dinner
Scrambled eggs with greens, peppers, onions and hot spicy tomato oil with chipotle Tabasco sauce; and a side of crisp bacon.
Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 82+ oz.
