Monday, July 7 Back in da Cuse

Daily Comment
After a very pleasant long weekend, which ended in a very satisfying blues jam, I have returned to find nothing much changed, so easing back into my routine.

I think I had some insights, but now, in the present, they are forgotten, like dreams on waking.

Please excuse me, I have some weight to lose now, LOL.

2014 Daily Weight
Today's Weight:         214.0 lbs
Previous Weight:        210.8 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 3.2 lbs

Diet Comment
Although the majority of the food I ate over the last 3 days was healthy, the minority that wasn't was both high quantity and seriously off-plan. The result? I'm almost back to the highest weight this year. Unfortunately, more off-plan eating tonight, as I have a gig at the Ironwood, where their seriously good pizza is part of my pay.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A Quest bar.

Lunch
A Quest bar (instead of skipping lunch, as I intended to, because I got hungry, which at lunchtime, I wasn't).

Snack
A Quest bar.

Dinner
At Ironwood: A Fire Roasted Chicken pizza (olive oil , garlic, spinach, fresh mozzarella, fire roasted chicken breast, pancetta, and caramelized sweet onions; this time out, I also added some sausage). This is not going to help me lose weight, but it sure is delicious.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  36 oz.   Water: 106+ oz.  A glass of Pinot Noir.
