Super oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, maple syrup).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:30pm: BAS (Big-ass salad) of Spring Mix, cabbage, turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, balsamic vinaigrette. A Quest bar

Snack
Coconut bites (sweetened coconut, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
