Diet Comment
Another surprise, that I only gained a tenth of a pound after eating a whole bag of Keto (read: High-fat, low-carb) snack candy. It was a lot of calories, and, although it might have been low carb for a recommended portion, I ate about twenty times the recommended portion. So it goes. Today's another day.

1:00pm: LEO (lox [smoked salmon], eggs and onions).

7:30pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Gril: 1/2 a reuben and some fresh-made chips.
Snack
Coconut bites (sweetened coconut, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds). Most of a large bag.Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 24 oz.; Water: 68+ oz.;
