Big surprise! This was a weight loss I wanted but wasn't at all expecting, after a late dinner of high-fat, high-calorie (although none of it unhealthy) snack foods. That Keto snack is something else!

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 24 oz.; Water: 44+ oz.; A Jameson's neat and a Maker's Mark on the rocks.
