Today's Weight:                    197.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (3/15/24):         196.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
No surprise, although I do want to get the uptrend in my weight to level off.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:15pm:
Oatmeal and quinoa (steel-cut oats, quinoa, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:00pm: Mixed nuts and 
Keto coconut clusters (with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and dark chocolate).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 21 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.;
