Diet Comment
I find it incredible that I lost five-plus pounds in the three months and three weeks since my last official weigh-in, since I was eating a lot, especially a lot of carbs, including an immoderate amount of desserts - more baked goods in three weeks than the entire year before that! - and also not walking much, those final three weeks in Oaxaca. I must have lost a lot in the three months before that, is all I can say.
The new chart for 2024 begins with 2-1/2 months of 'estimated' (nonsense) weights - I just walk the weight down from where it was to where it now is. I only ever weigh myself at home (no scales in my AirBnB rooms).

7:45pm: CauliPower cauliflower crust uncured pepperoni pizza, with extra goat cheese and grated parmesan cheese. A Quest bar.Dinner
11:45pm: Grilled cheese sandwich with cheddar cheese on Ezekiel Flax sprouted-grain bread.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 0; Coffee: 12 oz.; Water: 74+ oz.; a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
